Chess World Record

Be Part of History

On April 9, 2011 join New Jersey native, International Master Dean Ippolito in his quest to make history.  IM Ippolito will attempt to break the Guinness World Record by playing 100 simultaneous games of chess versus players rated 1200-1800 USCF.  This free event will feature hourly drawings with the top prize being a Bobby Fischer Chess set valued at $800.  There will also be prizes for anyone who draws or beats IM Ippolito.
The event will be held at the St. Ann’s School in Raritan, NJ and proceeds from the concessions will benefit the Knights of Columbus and Columbiette service organziations.
